ORDER PROCESSING

All items displayed on our website are the exact pieces you will receive unless otherwise stated (custom or made-to-order designs).

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days once payment has been received and verified.

All orders are shipped from Canada.

  • Orders within Canada are not subject to import taxes or duties.

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and local taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We proudly ship worldwide at a flat rate of $30 per order.

Please note that all international customers are fully responsible for any customs fees, import duties, VAT, or other local charges imposed by their destination country. These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are beyond our control.


INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY

For security and successful delivery, we do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • Lockboxes

  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses

  • Incomplete or incorrect addresses

  • Locations where an adult signature cannot be obtained

Please ensure that you provide the recipient’s full first and last name and a complete street address at checkout.

If an order is placed with incomplete or restricted address information, a member of our Customer Support team will contact you via email to request additional details. This may include proof of identification for fraud prevention purposes.

If the required information is not provided within 48 hours, the order may be cancelled for security reasons.


RECEIPT OF ORDER & DELIVERY

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. All shipments require an adult signature upon delivery.

Please monitor your tracking information and ensure someone is available to receive the package. Couriers typically make up to three delivery attempts before returning the shipment to our facility.

If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.


FRAUD PREVENTION

To protect our customers and prevent unauthorized transactions, our fraud prevention team may contact you or your financial institution to verify your purchase. This may include requesting proof of identification.

If verification is required, shipment of your order may be delayed by an additional 1–2 business days.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At AuCelle, each piece is crafted with exceptional care and produced in limited quantities. What you see is exactly what you receive — transparency and quality are at the heart of everything we do.

Because of the nature of fine jewelry and the limited availability of our pieces, all sales are final.

That said, our clients rarely request returns as our pieces are carefully inspected, photographed accurately, and described in detail. We strongly encourage you to review all photos and product descriptions thoroughly before purchasing.
