These Conditions of Sale apply to all purchases made through AuCelle’s website, social platforms, or customer support channels. By placing an order with AuCelle, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. WARRANTY

AuCelle offers a warranty on all fine jewelry against manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship.

  • Lab diamond engagement rings & fine jewelry: Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty

  • 18K & 21K gold jewelry: 2-Year Manufacturing Warranty

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, bent bands, broken chains)

  • Loss or theft

  • Damage caused by improper use or storage

  • Repairs or alterations made by third parties

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

2. ORDERS

All items displayed are either the exact piece you will receive or a made-to-order design as specified on the product page.

Orders are processed in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Exchange rates shown are for reference only and may vary by bank.

AuCelle reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Incorrect pricing

  • Inventory errors

  • Payment verification issues

3. PAYMENT

We accept major credit cards and approved payment providers.

Orders are shipped only to the confirmed billing address associated with the payment method for security purposes.

4. SHIPPING

All orders are shipped from Canada.

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (unless made-to-order)

  • All shipments require adult signature upon delivery

  • Tracking information is provided for every order

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

5. RETURNS & CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

Due to the nature of fine jewelry and limited production, all sales are final.

Our clients rarely request returns as each piece is carefully inspected, photographed accurately, and described in detail.

  • Lab-grown diamonds (IGI or GIA certified)

  • 18K & 21K solid gold fine jewelry

All descriptions, images, and videos are provided as accurately as possible. Slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
