PAYMENT

We accept major credit cards and all transactions on our website are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Customers may check with their bank or visit www.xe.com for approximate currency conversion rates.

For security purposes, orders are shipped only to the confirmed billing address associated with the payment method used.

ORDERS

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 4–7 business days, depending on location.

Each order is carefully inspected before shipping and packaged in a luxury jewelry pouch with protective wrapping. Your shipment will include an invoice with full order details.

All orders are shipped from Canada. If you have any questions regarding your order, our customer support team is available to assist you.

All lab diamond jewelry from AuCelle comes with a lifetime manufacturing warranty and an authenticity certificate.

SHIPPING

All orders ship from Canada

Shipping includes:

  • Tracking number

  • Signature confirmation upon delivery

A signature is required upon delivery. Packages are never left unattended. If no one is available, the courier will leave a notice for pickup at your nearest postal service location.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

For security reasons, some orders may require additional verification, which could delay shipping by 1–2 business days.

WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

  • International: $30 flat rate

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, AuCelle Jewelry ships worldwide at a flat rate of $30 per order.

ARE CUSTOMS & DUTIES INCLUDED?

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their local authorities. These fees are outside our control and vary by country.

DO I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and delivery estimate.

WHAT IF I MISS MY DELIVERY?

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt delivery again or leave a pickup notice. If the shipment is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply.

Please ensure someone is available to sign for your package.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of fine jewelry and made-to-order items:

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.

We strongly encourage customers to request:

Lab Grown Diamond Engagement Rings & Custom Pieces:
Production typically takes 3–5 weeks, depending on the design and diamond selection. Expedited options may be available upon request.

In stock engagement rings and jewelry, 18K & 21K Solid Gold Jewelry (Bracelets, Chains, Earrings, Rings):
In-stock items usually ship within 2–5 business days.
Custom or made-to-order gold pieces may require 10–20 business days for completion.

Please note that shipping time is not included in production time. Estimated timelines are displayed on each product page.

IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

Most orders are shipped as Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) whenever possible.
However, certain countries may require the customer to pay local import duties or taxes, which are not covered by AuCelle Jewelry.

CAN I VISIT A SHOWROOM?

Our showroom visits are available by appointment only.
This allows us to provide you with a personalized and private experience while viewing our lab grown diamond rings and fine gold jewelry collections.

HOW DO I FIND MY RING SIZE?

If you are close by you’re welcome to make an appointment to find your perfect size. You may also use a ring that you own and fits comfortably to check the size.
We also offer online sizing guides.

CAN YOU KEEP MY PURCHASE A SURPRISE?

Absolutely. We understand that many purchases are intended as surprise gifts or proposals.

All AuCelle Jewelry orders are shipped in discreet, unbranded packaging to protect your surprise.

MY RING DOESN’T FIT PERFECTLY — CAN IT BE RESIZED?

Yes. We offer one complimentary resize for engagement and wedding rings within the first 12 months of completion (design permitting).

Some styles and metals may have resizing limitations. Please refer to the product page for specific resizing eligibility.
